Thai Herbal Compress Ball is the name of a treatment that uses a round herbal ball of special herbs. According to historical evidences, it has been used in Thailand for over 400 years as medicinal hot compress to relieve aches and pains of the body.

Herbal Facial Compress Ball for face can promote silky smooth skin by using a mixture of herbs and nourish the skin and can also be used to improve blood circulation for dry skin and sensitive skin. The skin will be invigorated, soft and smooth as dead cell are removed, while blood circulation is stimulated.

1. Soak and knead compress in a bowl of water for 2-3 minutes until completely wet. Place compress in a steamer for 10 minutes or microwave for 2 minutes until yellow oil appears.

2. Test compress's temperature to avoid discomfort or burns.

3. Apply compress in quick, light rubbing motions on pained area in clockwise direction.

4. Do not use facial compress ball for eyes.

5. Facial compress ball can be reused for 2-3 times. Depending on the length and usage extent per single time. After first-time use keep compress ball in clean-sealed plastic bag and keep refrigerated.

Caution : do not use overheated compress.
